These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LinkedTri website and our booking services. 1. Booking process All bookings are subject to a written confirmation from our team. Verbal quotes are indicative only. 2. Deposits and payments A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 60 days before departure. 3. Cancellations and refunds Cancellation terms vary by season and supplier. Full details are provided in your written quote. 4. Travel insurance Travel insurance is mandatory and must be purchased before your trip begins. 5. Liability LinkedTri acts as agent for hotels, transport and guides. Our liability is limited to the value of services booked through us. 6. Force majeure We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. 7.
